From a gentle warm-up to appropriately challenging endurance training, this and more is included in martial arts training with the Bo. The best about it: By training with the Bo we playfully practicing while building muscles as a side effect.

Many adults have forgotten how to learn. Circling and moving the Bo and practicing shapes are challenging our mind with unfamiliar task. The aim here is having fun trying something new and to get into a flow, where body and mind can intuitively learn. A child´s play. :)

... and soul.

Gently working with ourselves, paying attention to our insides, conscious breathing and meditative walking are doing our souls good. However, trying is a lot easier than explaining :)
